Yobo Made his International Debut against Zambia on 24 March 2002 in a FIFA World Cup Qualification Match were he went on to Play a Joint Record 101 Games for the Super Eagles

He retired from International Football on 30 June 2014 in A 2:0 Loss to France

This is it I can look back to my career with great pride I wanted to leave on a high for my country

Defeat by France is not the right way to go but I’m happy with all i  have done to the National Team it’s time to give a chance to other people to come through

Another Nigerian Player with more than 100 appearance for the Super Eagles is the former Goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama who Played a joint Record 101 games for Nigeria from 2002 to 2015

Enyeama started his professional football with Enyimba International were he played more than 100 games before moving to Europe to play for French Ligue 1 side Lille

Enyeama make his National debut against Kenya in May 2002 were he come on for injured Shorume,he later went on to play many games for Nigeria and also become the National Captain after the retirement of Yobo in 2014,he made two FIFA World Cups Appearance for Nigeria and Also Won the 2013 Africa Cup Of Nations before his Retirement from International Football 2015
